Mount Pleasant Animal Hospital

LOUIE V

CEO & Local Ambassador

Louie showed up and followed an employee into Mt. Pleasant Animal Hospital in November 2012.  He was sweet and full grown, yet he was not fixed.  We searched for an owner with no luck.  After testing for diseases and neutering Louie, we sought to find him a new home.  However, Louie had claimed Mt. Pleasant Animal Hospital as his home & family and now lives here full-time.  Here daily to greet the pets and people as they arrive, he is well suited to be a humble ambassador for us.

Mack chair.JPG

MACKGYVER

Front Desk Manager

Mack was found by a client, hiding in a ditch, thin, covered with fleas and with a very large bullet hole in his stomach!  Although his injury was huge, he was still in good spirits and had a strong will to live.  He caught the heart of Barb and with 2 surgeries, his wound was repaired using a piece of common screen door screen.  The screen was sewn into his stomach to hold his intestines in place.  He endured bandaging the area twice daily for 6 weeks.  He pulled through his awful ordeal and has been living the good life ever since!
